RAGE 2 IS UNDERRATED...
Here's my little first-impressions video of Rage 2. I haven't played it enough to fully review it, but so far it is so fun. Destroying stuff, upgrading weapons, destroying more stuff... repeat.
It combines the combat of Doom, with the environment of Mad Max and sprinkles on some Bulletstorm. There's nothing more funny than completely destroying a boss because you're even more of a boss. The map in Rage 2 seems pretty large, I'd say roughly the same scale as the Mad Max game.
I'm playing on PC (Steam), but the game is also out on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (PS4). The release date for Rage 2 is 14th of May 2019.
Is Rage 2 worth $60? I don't really know, as I got it free from the developers. It's great in my opinion and it's definitely a game I would pay for, had I not gotten it from Bethesda.
I probably seem very enthusiastic about Rage 2, and that's because my first couple hours of the game have been great.
