How do I put the videos together for you?
I use an iPhone with a tripod and the "Camera" or "FiLMic Pro" apps.
I send the data via Wi-Fi to a Mac mini and process it on a MacBook Pro in iMovie. The title song is cobbled together in GarageBand, and the overlays are created in Keynote and inserted using a green screen. (I keep getting a copyright infringement warning for the title song. So, professionals also use GarageBand templates ;-) and some know just as little about music as I do.)
