How to setup tab completion for Chocolatey
Most likely, out of the box, tab completion (which is enabled via an addition to the Windows PowerShell profile) for Chocolatey won't be enabled. This was turned off for the reasons described in this GitHub issue:

however, it is really simple to get up and running.
