Unable to change configs, unable to jump through gates, virtually everything has messed up on my account. Almost 3 weeks of talking to support about issues, and everything just keeps getting worse. I have yet to have one issue resolved, or the loss of tons of in game currency returned due to these type of issues.
Current Errors
RSB only does up 20k dmg in pvp with seprom, bounty hunter 2, double damage booster, and all drones loaded with Lf3's.
RSB only will fire 30% of the time the other times is just has a shadow over the RSB hotkey icon.
Missles do half the damage in pvp that they are suppose to with my current setup.
Lasers x3 and x4 will quit firing when in a pvp and the enemy is about to pop.
lasers x3 and x4 will only do half the damage they are suppose to in pvp battles.
If i am fortunate enough to pop a player in the top 30 rank, within 24 hours all records of the kill are deleted from log, clan messages.
Wasted Uri on GG Spins for wasted ammo that will not work properly
Purchased ammo that will not work correctly
Purchased VERY expensive long disk in bio that have done me no good as all my damageof lasers and missles are weaker than someone without bio
Wasted Uri on booster that are only effective against NPC's
Wasted Uri on being destroyed constantly from being unable to defend my ship
Negative Honor and Rank Points add up as well from being popped so much to technical errors of the game that I have had for sometime now.
No correction, reimbursement, or solution has been met over a long period of a great deal of problems.

Technical Errors have had extremely costly consequences for me during the last 3 weeks of play, they were bad before that but got super worse within the last 3 weeks. Even though I take hundreds of photo evidence, record several videos of the issues, and copy any evidence for support...I in return get only worse errors, and no losses return.
