What is a System Restore Point?

A restore point allows your computer to basicly take an image of itself; this includes all documentation, music, videos, and programs. If, for example, you download and install a program that causes error in your computer or if that program has a virus, you can use a restore point that was created before installing the program to restore your computer to as how it was when the restore point was created.
If you run system restore at a restore point, YOU WILL LOOSE everything that you did to your computer after you created the restore point.
