Cross Wrap Dewiring machine with Side Cutting | Paper recycling machine
Cross Wrap's Dewiring machine has a new, optional side cutting feature. Here's how the process works at Cross Wrap's customer Papertech's recycling facility in Spain:
1. The paper bale enters the Dewiring machine
2. Grippers push against the bale and grab the bale wires
3. Side cutters cut the metal bale wires from the side of the bale
4. Paper is conveyed out of the machine
5. Bale wires are pulled out of the Dewiring machine
6. The coiling unit coils the bale wires into a tight bundle, which makes recycling the metal bale wires easy
7. The Dewiring cycle starts again with a new bale
The automated CW Dewiring machine saves labor costs, improves material infeeding and promotes work safety. The side cutting option is available for all recycling operations, including paper and plastic recycling.
