Some Cross-Functional Blasphemy
I'm dropping a controversial idea in this week's video: Agile marketing CAN happen inside of functional teams. Yes, cross-functional teams are the ideal way to implement Agile ways of working.
But let's be pragmatic here: if the choice is between zero agility until we can blow up the org chart to create pure cross-functional teams, or Agile inside of the existing team structure, I'd rather make a start than wait. Here's why (and how we make it work).
