The G29 codenamed BMW Z4 Roadster is the first model year of the third model generation BMW Z4 that replaces the second generation BMW Z4 offered from 2009 to 2016.
The G29 Z4 was developed in a joint venture project with Toyota, whom uses BMW's platform and engines for the fifth generation Toyota Supra that also debuted for the 2019 model year. Different to the coupé-only Supra, the Z4 is solely offered as a roadster with a fabric soft-top.
Drivetrain
It is featured in the Forza series as the M40i performance model with 382 hp (285 kW) and 369 ft·lb (500 N·m) of torque from a three liter twin-scroll turbocharged inline-six.
