This webinar will include a demonstration of PeopleSoft HR Analytics. The demo will focus on delivered analytics including current headcount profile, headcount movement, performance status, performance vs. comp-ratio, current salary analysis, workforce turnover, highest education level, diversity overview, diversity analysis, position status, leave balance by type, in process applicants, job opening aging, jobs open/closed, time to fill jobs, attendance violations, leave balances by type and absence management analytics. In order to maximize the PeopleSoft HR Analytics experience, the recommended minimal PeopleTools release is 8.55.
