What not to pack
⁃ Jeans (very unnecessary)
⁃ avoid Polyester to not stink, but 1 set for a workout, instead bring natural fabrics like cotton, linen or rayon
⁃ long sleeve shirt (too hot for everyday use)
⁃ no normal sleeping bag, only the liner!!
⁃ big normal towels, they take up too much space
⁃ full-size shampoo or conditioner
⁃ more than 3 pairs of shoes
⁃ winter coats (you can rent it for volcano hikes if needed)
⁃ a lot of snacks, they are widely available
⁃ normal towel
⁃ books
⁃ hairdryer, they are mostly available in accommodations
