So my first impression is actually a lot different from my current opinion of the steam client. I actually enjoy using the steam client now more than I do vanilla, but runelite is still best for having more plug-ins available for things I do besides Castle Wars. To fix the right click issue, change the fps to 60 from unlimited. Specifically for castle wars, I think the freeze timer is better than the runelite timer and for training purposes I think the tile marker is very good for training new scorers cade locations on different floor levels.

Btw, end of the clip, I found out my hard drive was full so it was not an issue w/ the client.

Pros to the Steam client are

*very accurate freeze/immunity timer and they are saved while floor hopping
*interface scaling allows you to play more zoomed out while having more area to click to explode cades.
*Tile highlights are very accurate and save the location while floor hopping

Cons

*Runelite allows further draw distance and more clicks available due to this distance. An example would be while running towards supplies, if you clicked the back wall on runelite you would run towards the ladder leading to underground. While in the steam client, you have to either click the ladder specifically or the ground near it instead of the back wall/near the water tap.

*Cade highlights, tile indicators, metronome and other tools are very useful to learn some castle wars fundamentals quickly.

*Current plugins are not very customizable unlike runelite.
