Hi, this is a small piece that I decided to compose starting from the painting by Giovanni Segantini: "Il ritorno dal bosco".
Description of the painting "Il ritorno dal bosco" by Giovanni Segantini:
Within a snowy landscape, a woman drags her sled towards the village. The peasant woman is depicted on the right and the sleigh near the bottom corner. He proceeds along a previously traced path. In fact, in the snow, you can glimpse the furrows produced by repeated passages. The woman wears a large dark coat and a white cap on her head. Large branches and part of a large trunk are also collected on the sled. In the distance the village is barely visible because the roofs are covered in snow. A bell tower with a very pointed spire stands out. The line of mountains visible in the background reflects the faint light of the setting sun. Finally, the scene is surrounded by a clear and crystalline atmosphere.
