How to create a standard invoice template in Ewity POS
Welcome to our EwityPOS tutorial series! Today, I'll walk you through the process of creating a standard invoice template.
To get started, navigate to "Company Admin" from the side menu.
Next, select "Print Templates" and click on "New Template" from the top right corner of the Templates tab.
Here, you'll need to enter a name for the template and select the Template Type.
Decide whether this template will be the default option by selecting Yes or No in the "Is Default?" tab.
Now, it's time to personalize your template by adding your company's logo.
Tick the columns you would like to appear on the invoice from the Line Item Table.
Enter any Terms & Conditions if provided, and include files of the signature/stamp if applicable.
And there you have it! That's how you create a standard invoice template in EwityPOS.
