This was an unused file for the Main Theme. I guess it went unused because it wasn't what Rovio was hoping for.
It was rumored amongst Rovio staff that a new bird would be made for the game which would help the player build contraptions if they had no idea on how to get started. He was a blue penguin with glasses, had a unique clubbing ability, and he had a very special gadget making ability. The bird was scrapped, this was probably because of testing reasons.
