EPISODE23 is an episode I lived through and wrote about when I was 23 years old. It’s my way of telling a story about an intense year of depression, anxiety and personal growth.
Many of the songs reflects on the destructive relationship with my ex-girlfriend, others about the dark and light sides of me growing up to become the person I am today.
I believe growing up as an LGBTQ-person has been a major reason for my mental health struggles. But it has also showed me that I have the ability to feel, put things in perspective and express myself creatively.
