IS THERE A QUICKER BMW DIESEL THAN THIS 3.0L 130D ???
At the RoDrag Racing event in Romania I filmed this super cool BMW 130D, built by Asir Senoglu from AS Performance. Now as the 130D only came with a 1.5, 1.6 or 2.0L diesel engine, this one needed something bigger, and was fitted with a 3.0L N57 engine, taken from a 245bhp BMW 330d (E90) Pushing out 900bhp from its now compound turbo setup, and a shot of NOS, and putting the power down to all four wheels, with an X-Drive setup.
After a few low 9 second passes, they set a new PB with a run of 8.95 at 251kph (156mph)
