Make a Basemap for ArcGIS OnLine

In this video I demonstrate the making of a Basemap for ArcGIS OnLine users.
The main steps to create them are to:
Start a new project
Insert a Basemap (rather than a map)
Add your layers as usual
Configure your layers as usual including labelling
Save the project
Share as a Web Map - Choose TILE. Its a Tile Map Service.
Note I do Set a Reference Scale and its probably a good idea to spend a little longer on setting that!
In the video, once the new web map has been uploaded, it appears as a basemap in the Map Viewer. I then add other layers to show it in action.
Finally, I show how the new custome basemap actually appears in the list of available basemaps within ArcGIS Pro.
(The map I create in this video will not win any design awards lol!)
