Have you ever seen Photoshop Vector Art of Dwayne Johnson? This time you can see how i deal with it from start to end.
This is my first time doing such a project and if you want to create vector art on your own i have for you few tips so it will speed up your work and help you turn photo into vector
1. Think where you want to put shadows
2. set color palette for your project (don't use to many colors). You can easily use 3-4 color shades for skin and the same for other element.
3. Vectorize a photo by outlining dark areas using pen tool (eyes, some details around nose, wrinles etc)
4. Fill your vector art with colors you've previously choose.
5. Start Adding shadows, highlight and details.
