Stokes Twins is a YouTube channel that was started in April 2008. It hit the milestone of 80 Million Subscribers on 29th July 2024. Either them or Goldmines / @GoldminesTelefilms are gonna be the next channel to hit 100 Million Subscribers and get a new Play Button. Stokes Twins are currently going VERY viral due to uploading shorts where they either ask viewers to subscribe at some point or are focused on subs, where they show their sub count as 1 sub behind a milestone but not increasing. This tricks the viewer into subscribing to help out. The channels with this milestone, in order of time it took to get there are: Vlad and Niki, Like Nastya, Kids Diana Show, BLACKPINK, Zee Music Company, 5-Minute Crafts, PewDiePie, ChuChu TV, MrBeast, Goldmines, WWE, T-Series, Sony SAB, Cocomelon and SET India / Cocomelon VS SET India, Stokes Twins actually, and, finally, Zee TV took 18 years to reach it - a newborn becomes a legal adult in that time lol.
This video shows Vlad and Niki going from 79.9M to 80M using ESTIMATED counts, because YouTube abbreviated sub counts in 2019 (we only get to know the first 3 numbers now, unless the YouTuber shows their Live Sub Count, which they can still see in YouTube Studio.
