My real* chat with a lion.
*by real I mean that we did in fact have this chat exchange using text, I am of course using a silly voice when I say the things he wrote in chat, because I think doing so will be funny. Also the first six seconds of this video were not said in chat at all but I said them in order to give a context for how this started. I posted a King Crocoduck video in a chat... then THIS happened.
What I think his method is:
1 Listen to some clips of people on twitter/youtube. (perhaps the full video sometimes?)
2 Decides the take they have is "trash" and/or that they are not "educated" in the subject they are speaking of. Thus he does not listen to them (anymore).
3 Refutes nothing of what they said because they are wrong. (?!)
So we have a mix of appeal to education/lack of education, cherry picking, and bald assertions.
Now, I could be wrong about my analysis of his methods - if you think so, let me know in the comments below.
