Mute Jammer Spots for Vertical Signal Disruption | Rainbow Six Siege Tips and Tricks
Hello everyone! Today I'm bringing you another Rainbow Six Siege gameplay guide that features perhaps the most versatile operator (with the best voice lines) in the game, Mute. His signal disruptor gadget or ability, or jammer as I call it, is really useful at stopping drones and jamming all sorts of attacker utility. One of the most underused ways of placing their setups, however, is by taking advantage of their vertical range, which is exactly what I showcase in this video.

Mute's ability - he comes with 4 signal disruptors or jammers, and there any many spots or setups to use them. However, many people forget that they have a vertical range as well just like the horizontal range and this is extremely useful to jam drones on floors above, deny hatches, breach charges, and all sorts of attacker electronics. These Mute spots cover the newly reworked House map, along with others such as Coastline, Border, Consulate, Chalet, and Oregon. These maps have many elevated surfaces and shorter walls which makes them the perfect candidates for this. This makes it tough for the attackers to clear roamers as they cannot drone them, and have a hard time getting rid of jammers that aren't even on the same floor. These work excellently against protecting hatches as well as stopping Twitch drones. I really hope you find this list of vertical Mute jammer or signal disruptor spots helpful!
You can also pair up with a Mozzie (must have the Pizza Mozzie headgear, jk) and build a powerful duo strategy with these.
Bonus tip: with some spots, you may be able to mute trick hatches as well. Also, I run his MP5K over his shotgun, I only picked shotgun in this video to open hatches and show off my union jack skin (and one day hopefully I will have Mute elite to show off too).
