Ulm is a medieval city in the southern German state of Baden-Württemberg. In the city center is the imposing Ulm Minster, a centuries-old church in Gothic style. Its church tower offers a view of the city and when the weather is clear you can even see the Alps. The town hall is characterized by its early Renaissance facade, its frescoes and its astronomical clock from the 16th century. The narrow streets of the Fischerviertel, a district on the Danube, are characterized by half-timbered houses.
