If you want to re-use snippets of text, in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook, here's how you can simply program your programs to paste in that text using an abbreviation.
In this example, I use a paragraph of bulleted text I'd like to re-use, but I've also used to to re-use complex formulas in Excel, the principle is the same!
