Join us for a summary of the Why, What, Who and How from Marty Cagan's book and workshop "Transformed", and our conversations afterwards. It is designed to give you an overview of the context, some key principles and insights, and some next steps and considerations as you think about how you can structure your teams and processes to build better, more successful products, and a culture of innovation in your organisation.

"Transformed" by Marty Cagan provides a succinct yet powerful overview of building a strong product operating model within organizations. This is not a "product management" book, rather, it acts as a valuable compass for product leaders and organizations looking to adopt a product-focused mindset and build an effective product development strategy, process and team.

In the book Cagan lays out the fundamental components of a successful product operating model and shares wisdom on fostering successful transformation. Despite the hurdles that come with transitioning to this model, the book provides readers with essential insights and approaches to steer through the shift, positioning it as a valuable asset for executives and CEOs driving organizational change.

Marty also offers a workshop for leaders from organisations who are looking to improve their product operating model, and I was privileged to be invited to one.
