Also at ~4:27 my explanation is slightly off about OG scoring, let me correct myself a bit.
Each single banana adds 100 to score (1000 for each bunch). These are not multiplied at goal.
If you finish within half of your starting time (30 or 60 sec), you receive 2x time bonus to your base score.
Your base score is given as your time remaining (38.15 is 3,815) for a blue goal.
A green goal adds 10,000 to that base.
A red goal adds 20,000 to that base.
Finally, in challenge mode only, you get an additional x2 Warp Bonus.
