Behind the scenes - Magic is a versatile thing. It allows a mage the ability to control the attributes of this world using an energy known as mana, or magic power. Using their abilities, some mages can create, destroy, and even cause events that normally would be very rare in nature. The base attributes that one can control are water, fire, earth, air, sound, energy, and light. Something doesn't come from nothing, and some magic requires components, or materials.
