Game was running on ultra settings and has limited 21:9 support, the game is Vert- (zoomed-in) but I have uploaded a fix for 21:9 aspect ratios found in the below link. The game is also very demanding in Cinematic settings (for some reason) but at Epic settings most PCs will have no issues running it at high frame rates.
