'Inspirations - Contemporary Art & Classics'
Review of a landmark exhibition held at Helsinki's Ateneum Modern Art Museum. The show brought together works by an astonishing group of contemporary and classical artists, showing the connections and shared inspirations which link artists across time. If ever there was an event which came close to giving a gallery presence to the spirit of Retromodernism, this is it.
