It's that time of year for spooky things and whenever I think of Halloween I immediately go to Castlevania. It's a series that I grew up with and it's very difficult, but I just LOVE these games!!
Castlevania II: Simon's Quest is an amazing game for its revolutionary "Metroidvania" elements that helped create the genre such as backtracking, item upgrades and cryptic clues to follow.. in hopes of solving Dracula's riddle.
