But while information is easily disseminated, on the other hand, people are taking longer than normal to learn to program, and when we talk about the job market, the situation becomes even more daunting.

The other day I talked to a friend who works in the field as a developer, and he confessed that when he started studying programming, he had a very different idea of what a programmer actually did, and this ended up confusing him about what a programmer should really learn or stop learning.
