👉 In this video, we'll cover the repair of a 12JSDX series gearbox with a retarder on a Shacman X3000 four-axle dump truck.
The customer reported problems such as:
▪️ crunching noise in 1st and 2nd gears;
▪️ difficult shifting in 3rd and 4th gears;
▪️ banging noise when shifting the demultiplier.
👨🔧The specialists at the SHAFT service station performed a comprehensive repair, including removing, cleaning, and disassembling the gearbox, as well as replacing worn parts with new Shaft-Gear⚙️.
✅As a result, the gearbox was tested on a specialized stand and installed on the Shacman X3000.
