A guide to Boars Hair water fed pole brushes

Boar bristle brushes have excellent scrubbing power and are an ideal choice for first cleans or any other job where you need some heavy-duty cleaning power.
Boars’ hair is totally different to synthetic brushes, so if trying them for the first time there are some factors to be aware of.
The Boars Bristle brushes in the Edge™ range have been designed to be as light as possible but you may notice they are slightly heavier when compared to synthetic bristle brushes.
You may notice a slight drag on the glass, if you are concerned about this, we would advise opting for the Hybrid brush. This brush offers the best of both worlds by blending the scrubbing power of natural boars’ hair and DuPont filament. Outer rows are genuine DuPont® filament and the inner are boars’ hair.
Boar's hair is a natural bristle and can’t be rigorously controlled. By its very nature, its aggressive scrubbing properties will make the bristle degrade faster and you may notice some of the bristles shedding from the brush. Boar may, over a short space of time, curl, and tangle together. This is the nature of natural boar's hair. You can extend the life of the brush with regular cleaning and combing and careful storage.
