ZURI'S PRIDE is a touching independent documentary about an African white lion with a seizure disorder. The story is told by a team of four people. Zuri’s immensely compassionate owner Joe, Mark, Joe’s friend who volunteers his time and talents rehabilitating Zuri, as well as Roger and Therese, two of Zuri’s dedicated trainers. As if a 600lb epileptic lion wasn’t enough they also have hundreds of other animals from bears to peacocks in there animal actor facility, not to mention natural disasters and personal illnesses to overcome.
