Blender Addon: Mask Tools [Blender2.8 Update]
I corresponded to Blender 2.8 2019.01.18 version.
Add-on that manipulates the mask.
We added an existing Blender 2.79 add-on "Mask Tools" to Blender 2.8, and added a function.
