today i upload a FoV Changer + FPS Unlocker for the newest version of MW3, cause of a user request!

Instructions
1. Start the Cheat as Admin
2. Start MW3 (or click on "Start MW3" in the Cheat")
3. Join into a Match
4. Change your FoV/Max FPS and have fun!
