Corrective action means immediately checking any defect and correcting it quickly.
Preventive action means proactively working in advance of a problem that has been rectified in accordance with corrective action, i.e. fixing the problem in such a way that it has occurred and making it a part of the record so that it will not happen again in the future. No issue should be repeated and all the absolutists should be fully aware of this issue in written.
