Klingon Knoh'kal land vehicle
The Knoh'kal four-wheeled Argo type vehicle is apparently of klingon origin. It is built for offensive, fast speeds and sufficient attack but still - klingons do prefer to fight outside the vehicles. Very armored and heavy - klingons used it sometimes in a ramming style of attack blasting true defences. Knoh'kals have been seen been deployed via heavy shuttles or aboard D7 cruisers - thus the romulans have them too but keep a more improved variant as they prefer to fight from inside. Land vehicles are rare in space faring civilizations but always used as backups for when the teleportation or the shuttles fail on the planet surface.
