BMW 5 Series / i5 - 2024 World Luxury Car
The World Luxury Car title has been around since 2014. And Mercedes-Benz has the most wins here (5 titles), and was a Top Three finalist twice over this year too, with two cars in the fray. But BMW has won its second Luxury Car trophy after a gap of 8 years! The latest 8th generation 5 Series has done it for the Bavarian brand. The car is offered for the first time as an electric too, and stayed only just ahead of the staunch market rival - the 6th generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Watch the awards presentation in this video.
