Looking at traveling out of the country? Or maybe you'll be in the country but hiking outside of normal cell service. Maps.me is a must have app on your phone anytime you travel. You can download maps prior to travel. Then you can get real time directions anytime, from wherever you are without cell service or wifi. This app worked wonderfully in Germany and was a lifesaver when we lost the hiking trail in a rain storm! Oh and did I mention it was free? #thriftytraveler
