Everyone raves about Cinnamon Buns, but unfortunately, since many people don't like cinnamon, we'll make raisin buns. Believe me, they're sooo soft and delicious. 😋They're super easy and quick to make. You've probably already noticed I love easy and tried-and-true recipes! Ingredients:
•250 ml warm milk,
•8 g dry yeast,
•1 tbsp sugar,
•600 g flour,
•2 eggs,
•70 g sugar,
•a pinch of salt,
•vanillin,
•80 g butter.
For the filling:
•150 g raisins,
•60 g butter,
•50 g sugar.
