"Secrets of Immortality" by Gennady Goncharov. Part 2
People have always sought to unravel the mystery of immortality. The greats of this world, from Chinese emperors to modern leaders, have wanted, if not to become immortal, then at least to prolong their lives. And they do everything to achieve this: transplant hearts, steal the mummy of Gilgamesh from an Iraqi museum—who, according to legend, lived for 2,000 years (he was two-thirds god, one-third human), experiment with DNA, and so on. But what if the secret of immortality lies in our hearts? So, I'm making another attempt to analyze ancient texts and answer this question.
To be honest, I'm convinced I'm right and am putting this into practice. Of course, we're not talking about achieving immortality, but it's possible to extend life by 20-30 years using my approach.
