👉🏼 HOW TO PUT ON A FAJA 😍🔥
❓🫵🏼 Do you still remember the first time YOU put a faja on ever?? I literally still remember my first time 😩 It was a very confusing experience & I felt sooooo lost. Hoping video helps someone out there!
🗣️ Now, if you put on a faja before you already KNOW it’s a workout, chile!! 😓 A workout that is very rewarding once you see how frikkin GOOD your body looks 😍🔥 (assuming you have a faja that will shape you properly).
‼️⚠️ But if you never put one on before it can be QUITE intimidating!
🤗👉🏼 So I decided to put together an instructional video with the stunning, kind & super intelligent @imani_bailiee wearing one of the @bdyfajas on how to make THEE MOST 🤌🏼 out of your faja fit and to guide you through how to properly adjust different areas of your faja, such as the faja booty & the leg lace to avoid it misshaping your cheeks or cutting into your thighs.
🤷🏼♀️ Sure - you could totally skip the extra steps and my video would have been much shorter then but I feel like I would be cheating you if I didn’t share the adjustability tips that I discovered throughout my personal faja journey NO ONE told me about ♥️♥️♥️😁
🤗👉🏼 The tips I am sharing here really apply to almost ALL FAJAS that fully open in the front - which is what you need if you have more extreme waist-to-hip differences (anyone with a 15” or above waist-to-hip difference should avoid pull up style fajas).
🤔❓ What is waist-to-hip difference? ➡️ It is the number that results from you subtracting your smaller waist measurement from your larger hip measurement. 🧮 Example: My waist measures 33” today and my hips are at a 52” so 52 - 33 = 19 meaning my waist-to-hip difference is 19” and I CANNOT get a pull up style faja past my thighs if I alter it to my much smaller waist measurement unless I keep the waist loose, which kind of defeats the purpose of a faja lol 😂
