Return of the Frame Rate Conversion Formula
Back in January, I uploaded a video showcasing a formula I developed to help people convert frame rates without altering the timing. This can be used to make more authentic Chaplin-like animations, or used to get the timing off a reference video that isn’t 24 frames per second.
