How to make the Reggae Rum Punch Cocktail
STORY
The Reggae Rum Punch cocktail ist the most popular punch in Jamaica, where it is sold under different names with slightly varying ingredients. It always contains orange, pineapple and most importantly, overproof Rum. This recipe combines sweetness, potent Rum and generous fruit.
INGREDIENTS
45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Jamaican overpoof Rum
45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. orange juice
12,5 ml/ 5/12 oz. strawberry syrup
10 ml/ ⅓ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
METHOD
1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into ice-filled glass.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
