[Modern] - Modern Challenge Review with Dom Harvey featuring Hardened Scales (Modern Horizons 2)
Hey all, we're back with a recap of a big Modern tournament Dom played on June 6, 2021. Modern Horizons 2 has JUST come out, and there's a lot of cards that introduced to the format.
An old favourite of Dom's is Hardened Scales, and the deck certainly got a LOT of new tools, such as Zabaz the Glimmerwasp, Urza's Saga, and Power Depot.
He played 7 rounds of Swiss then 3 in Top 8 to a total record of 9-1!
In the video, Dom and I discuss how he chose to construct Hardened Scales given the new cards that have been introduced to the format, interesting play situations, and mistakes.
