Rule #1 for Becoming a Writer
Anyone who has written and published a book has heard, at least once, "Oh, you know, I wanted to write a book too, but I never found the time!" Or, "I want to write a book too: it's all in my head!"
The world is full of people who want to write, who think they'll do it one day, or, worse, who are sure they have the ability without ever trying.
Luckily for me and for those like me who work in the writing world, most of these untapped "talents" will remain untapped and won't compete with us because people waste their time and energy making excuses and procrastinating instead of actually getting involved.
So, if you also want to write a book, or even have it all in your head, stop making excuses and start writing.
There's no other way to reach your goal.
