Tesla Trip Traveled Over 4,200 Miles on Grand Canyon Trip
I like to prove you can travel long distances in an EV. I have a Tesla Model 3 Standard Plus (230 Miles to the charge) and I travel thousands of miles on vacation. This is my third trip. Check out my other 2 (Mt. Rushmore and Yellowstone). This trip took over 4,200 miles and only cost under 600 dollars for overnight stays and travel fees. I saw Roswell NM, Tombstone, and the Grand Canyon. In that order. There were ups and downs but overall it was well worth the price of the trip. I go over the good with the bad of Long distance EV trips and even encountered a KOA that would not let me charge after the 2nd night of staying there because they said it was going to mess up their electrical system.
