How Important is a Formal Academic Degree in Coaching? My Educational Experience
It's hard in this day and age to separate good quality coaches from charlatans and IG celebrities. It's tempting to trust the person with all of the letters behind their names, but academic experience isn't the same as real world experience. Here, I discuss my academic background and what role I think it plays in the development of a quality coach.
