My First Billion Series I Swiggy
Woxsen University organised a successful inaugural event of ‘My First Billion Series’, one of the flagship events. The series is the brainchild of Woxsen's Trade Tower - The Incubation Center to help our students transform into entrepreneurs, right from idea generation to start-up funding.
Woxsen hosted renowned entrepreneur, Mr. Nandan Reddy- Co-Founder, Swiggy, who has prominently co-pioneered India's largest online food ordering and delivery platform.
Mr. Nandan emphasised on the steep learning curve to success, with many hard lessons being learned along the way. He went on to highlight the significance of accepting failure as part of the process and and how simple willpower and optimism may propel you to new heights.
He also mentioned that Customer Service and Customer Experience (CS and CX) is the key to scaling up the business.
This was one notable event that undoubtedly inspired the students in attendance and provided them with insight that would benefit them in the coming years!
