it seems that there is a BUNCH of problems with this generation but this one in particular really stands out to me because it feels like no one is willing to address the increased difficulty of getting a job now.
Im honestly scared to venture out and find different occupations because I am not sure that if I leave where I'm at now that i'll ever be accepted anywhere else again, and be stuck at square one.
but I guess All we can really do is keep pushing and trying until something eventually works because things cant go wrong forever.
people see that Gen Z is lazy and doesn't want to get a job but I think that couldn't be further from the truth, the truth is that no one is HIRING Gen Z.
whether that is our own fault or us having the odds stacked against us.
but then again I can be wrong about everything.
if there is anything I missed then let me know.
